Arlette, 84, lives alone in her Parisian flat, surrounded by large black-and-white photos she took – Keith Jarrett, Miles Davis, Gilberto Gil, Serge Gainsbourg. Among them is Ray Charles, her lover, the storm in her life for over thirty years. Not long ago, their son Vincent died suddenly. What remains of this life of solitude and tenderness, whose everyday moments she filmed with a camera given to her by the man now known as ‘The Genius’?
