Brazza, a whole program: a wasteland is going through its last hours. 53 hectares to be built under "negotiated urban planning", to create an "eco-responsible" district, a vast real estate project in tune with the times. Chronicle of a wasteland in transformation, Brazza scrutinizes the announcement of a "new art of living" in the raw reality of the land. Between the promise of words and models, the mud seeps in, squatters interfere, frogs stir, redistributing maps and plans from developers and architects. Arousing desire and apprehension, the successive states of the landscape over the years shape the image of the city of tomorrow.Festivals & awards
